We have a fully skilled construction team available, encompassing all necessary trades to undertake build projects.  

One off properties, repossessions or larger sites are considered.

To date, we have undertaken a number of development projects including;

• Modernisation and renovation of an apartment in Woodhall Farm, Hertfordshire

• 3 Bed Semi-Detached House in Lemsford

• Detached House in Bushey Heath

Our current pipeline includes planning applications running for the following schemes; 

• 3 Bed Detached House in Burnham Green, Hertfordshire

• A planning application for 5x new build houses in St. Albans, following the demolition of a former Clinic. 

• 4x new build houses in Hertford, following the demolition of a former light industrial site

• A planning application for 4 x new build houses in Windsor
